Navigating Succession Planning: The REDI Story (Impact+ Webinar)

Session Overview
With 50% of REDI’s leadership team being over the age of sixty, the organization recognized the urgent need to address succession planning. Utilizing the Anthony and Holmes succession planning toolkit, REDI began a journey to address succession not only at the leadership level, but also across the agency—from team leader to executive director.

In this session, you will learn about REDI’s efforts to successfully address succession planning leading to a new approach to recruitment, and staff development with a focus on developing core employee competencies to prepare ready for the future. The session will also highlight REDI’s approach to knowledge transfer, using the retirement of a 37-year tenure employee as an example.
