Session Overview
This interactive training will help participants increase their comfort and skills in supporting PIDD (People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) clients to develop healthy relationship skills. Participants will reflect on personal attitudes about sexuality and explore practical strategies for engaging clients in conversations about their sexual health and well-being. The session will also provide information on accessing education and counseling supports for the PIDD community, as well as professional development for PIDD serving organizations.
